General

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics services.

Server log data

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, browser type, requested page). This data is required for secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after a short retention period.

Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) as well as your IP address and browser information to answer your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Form submissions are stored on servers of Supabase Inc. located in the European Union and forwarded to us by email via Sendinblue GmbH (Brevo), Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Both providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. We delete contact data once your request has been handled and no legal retention obligations apply.

Web fonts

This website loads the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a page is loaded, your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15-21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg.
